Do you provide warranty with your equipment?

12 months warranty is issued as standard with all our products.

What is your return policy?

We advise that you check the unit carefully upon receipt; any physical damage will be your responsibility thereafter. An exchange will be given free of charge in the event of improper operation or malfunction. If 14 days has passed, delivery costs and clearance fees will be applied where applicable.
No Refunds will be carried out.

Do you price match?

We do not offer price match. We offer the lowest prices possible without faulting on service and quality. We work closely with our clients to ensure the lowest possible prices and maximum profitability after purchase.

Should I reserve my Equipment in advance?

We recommend placing your order approx 2-4 weeks in advance of your required delivery date. This will ensure availability and prompt delivery.

MedArt takes full responsibility for any damages incurred and found during the delivery or installation. A replacement unit will be issued as a priority.
